I've been very lucky today, I've sold the house close to the price we were hoping for, which was about £40,000 more than expected before you cleared its contents and cleaned up. Not bad considering the market. The house had been empty for nearly twenty years and over run by vermin and foxes, and I did not envy your task.

I was extremely happy to hear from you 48 hours after giving you the the go ahead, to say that the house was cleared and ready to put on the market. Can I say how thoughtful it was of you for providing photos of before and after the clearance as you were aware that I could not enter the property due to my disability. The service provided by the company was rapid and efficient with the house, garden and garage being cleared in a professional manner. I would like to thank the Jeffery Avery and Associates team for a most professional job clearing my late father's house in south London of more than fifty years of accumulated clutter. I found the company's staff very efficient and courteous, and also sensitive at what was a most difficult time. Jeff Avery, the Managing Director, handled the arrangements with discretion and tact, and received some complicated instructions which were carried out accurately and without fuss. Estimates were adhered to (in spite of there being rather more hidden away in an attic than was anticipated) and the whole job was completed on schedule within a matter of days. If you are looking for a fast, efficient and ethical house clearing company we would thoroughly recommend Jeffery Avery and Associates. We needed to have my mother in law’s house cleared and phoned them up mid-morning on a Wednesday. They asked a few questions about the house (a three bedroom terrace) and the contents and said that to give a price they would like to come and look around the house. They came later the same day at the time arranged and after assessing the job, gave us a competitive price on the spot. They said they would need to bring two of their large lorries and as we needed it done quickly they would come at 8am on the Friday and be finished by 6pm the same day. They arrived on the Friday morning as arranged and started work. Around mid-day, they phoned us up to say the volume and weight of the house contents was more than they had estimated, mainly because of the large number of books, and they had brought in a third lorry and a fourth man. They phoned us up at 5.30pm to say the job was completed. We went round to the house to find an expertly cleared house and three large lorries totally full with the contents of the house, running to over 7.5 tonnes! We had very pleasant discussion about how the job had gone, settled up at the agreed price, with no quibbles at all, despite the additional load. An excellent, efficient, no fuss service!
