The property is a listed cottage in Central Wallingford and had not been tidied, or even cleaned, for many years. There were many unpleasant aspects to deal with as well as a great deal of rubbish and furniture to clear. The house then needed to be cleaned to enable the family to be able to get it valued ready for sale.
Jeffrey Avery and Associates carried out the work to the set timescale and without issue. Jeff was good at communicating with us and completed the job to the agreed standard.

Dear Jeff, Recently I was appointed by the Court of Protection to look after the needs of my sister, who has mental health problems. The first thing I did to help her was move her out of her muddled and dingy house. You and your assistant were so kind and tactful as you speedily worked your way through the broken furniture, sacks of old clothes and saved paraphernalia, carefully salvaging for her anything of sentimental or practical value. We live in Sheffield and were faced with the problem of clearing my wife's mother's house in West London as she had moved into care in Bristol. I found Jeffrey Avery and Associates on the internet and phoned and spoke to Jeff. He was happy to fit in with our back and forth schedule between Sheffield, London and Bristol, and agreed to meet at the property early on a Sunday.
Having agreed a price, which seemed to me to be very reasonable, Jeff and team again were happy to fit in with my work schedule which limited the days I could be in London to unlock the property to let them in.
On the day the property was cleared and left neat and tidy. It was done very quickly, allowing me to get back to Sheffield later the same day.
They did all they promised without any fuss and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

To anybody looking for a house clearance company, look no further than Jeffrey Avery and Associates. I had less than 36 hours to clear my late Aunt's house of all the property in it. I explained my situation to Jeff and within less than 24 hours Jeff's team had completely cleared the house of all contents, they even vacuumed the property before leaving.

After reading your brilliant testimonials page we contacted your company and within three days from the initial telephone call, the 3 double bedroomed detached house was gutted and looked in a state to sell. To put it mildly, my grandmother-in-law liked to stash and keep every piece of paperwork from the year dot!
