As a long established House Clearance and Probate Valuation Company based in Hainault we are able to provide our services anywhere in the IG6 postcode area.
The majority of our work is by recommendation, and we have been carrying house clearances and probate valuation work in Hainault for many years. By reputation, and as a local company, we are regularly instructed by solicitors, executors and private clients to carry out all types of probate valuations and house clearance.
After valuing the contents and chattels of an estate for probate purposes, we are able to clear the house of furniture, personal effects and all residual contents, and arrange for items to be sent to auction, delivered to a location of your choice, donated to charity, recycled, or where necessary, disposed of, leaving it ready for sale or transfer to a landlord.
We also carry out house clearances in circumstances where there is no probate valuation involved.
We specialise in clearing large heavily furnished, cluttered or neglected properties possibly the result of ill health or compulsive hoarding (OCD). After receiving your instruction we can clear your property quickly and methodically, and during the process retain any personal items, documents or concealed valuables for your examination. Our experienced staff will make the whole process easy and stress free, even if you are organising the clearance from another part of the country or overseas.
We provide our own closed vehicles, (contents not visible externally, so as to ensure privacy) to clear away all household contents. Parking permits are arranged and included in all our quotes. Our aim is to assist you fully by taking care of the entire job from start to finish.

The name Hainault was recorded as 'Hyneholt' in 1239, and means 'monastic woodland'. There is no connection with King Edward III's wife, Philippa of Hainault.
Hainault formed part of the Chigwell Urban District of Essex from 1933. In 1965 an area of 81 acres (0.3 km2) around Hainault was transferred from the urban district to form part of the London Borough of Redbridge in Greater London. The population of this area in 1961 was 7,071.
Urban development commenced after 22 August 1856, when the Great Eastern Railway built a line between Stratford and Loughton. From this line at Woodford Junction, they opened in 1903 a loop line to Ilford. Hainault was one of the stations on that line.
Although it had been hoped that housing development would ensue from the building of the railway, it was a long time in coming. For some while Hainault station was in fact closed; development began in the late 1920s, and the station was subsequently reopened on 3 March 1931. As a result of the London Passenger Transport Board New Works Programme 1935–40 (not completed until 1948 because of World War II) the line was taken over from the LNER and converted for use by London Underground trains. By this time the suburb of Hainault was completed. The interesting facts information on this page about Hainault, London IG6 was derived from Wikipedia
