We will clear your property thoroughly and efficiently. Most properties can be cleared withing a day, but larger properties may take a little longer. We will do the job carefully and quietly, with minimal disruption to you and your neighbours. We will always take great care to avoid damaging gardens, fences, etc.
We provide our own closed in vehicles, which ensures that privacy is respected.
We suggest that you separate any items that are to be retained along with important documents and family effects, (we can transport your personal items to a destination of your choice if requested.)
Upon your instruction we will clear the property completely of its contents. Leaving it clean and tidy ready for sale or transfer to landlords.
Our service includes the removal of all furniture and household effects, and dispose of foodstuffs from the kitchen (including refrigerators) and clear all contents from drawers and cupboards. Clothing, bric-a-brac and general items will be bagged, boxed and separated for recycling or donation to charity.
Lofts, garages, basements and gardens can be cleared if requested.
Where possible an allowance is made for any re-saleable items.
Our price is agreed before we start work so we take everything with no hassle or hidden extras. We believe, it's unfair for the customer to pay by volume or by the load, it's not our practice and it nearly always ends up costing you more in the long run.
