We will clear your property thoroughly and efficiently and complete the work within one day for an agreed price. We suggest that you separate any items that are to be retained along with important documents and family effects, and upon your instruction we will clear the property completely of its contents. Leaving it clean and tidy ready for sale or transfer to landlords.
Our service includes the disposal of foodstuffs from the kitchen (including refrigerators) and clearing all contents from drawers and cupboards. The same applies for the contents of furniture in all other rooms. Clothing, bric-a-brac and general items will be bagged, boxed and separated for recycling or donation to charity.
The disposal of refrigerators and hazardous material such as, paint, etc. is also included in the agreed price. Finally, all the remaining furniture is removed and also recycled.
Lofts, garages, basements and gardens can be cleared if requested.
Where possible an allowance is made for any re-saleable items.
Our price is agreed before we start work so we take everything with no hassle or hidden extras. We believe, it's unfair for the customer to pay by volume or by the load, it's not our practice and it nearly always ends up costing you more in the long run.
